UPDATE: The company proactively shipped a full spring replacement set to honor their warranty. Delivery was prompt and the new springs seem to be working well so far. I'm upgrading my rating to reflect their excellent customer service. Fingers crossed this solves our issues.

The safety net stitching started fraying after 3 months of daily use. Not a dealbreaker but worth keeping an eye on. Otherwise the bounce quality is fantastic for the price.
The powder-coated frame stays cool to the touch even in direct sunlight - no burned legs when climbing on and off.
